A few up-dates to the New England QRP meeting at league headquarters in Newington April 25th.

All members are allowed to use the W1AW station, according to your license status, and if you chose to bring your rig and use their antenna system...this is okay. Got batteries?

There will be tours of the ARRL Headquarters and also we will be able to use the W1HQ station located in the league building. In addition, if you would like to bring YOUR home brew rig to the ARRL lab and have it tested...about 10 or less at a time will be able to do so. A read-out spread spectral plot just might be in your hands when finished. Ed Hare is not performing magic but will do the best he can to let you know how your rig is functioning. It is QRP...isn't it?

On another wonderful gesture...all ARRL publications located in the lobby of League Headquarters will be open for business and Ed has informed me that you can use plastic, check or good old cash to buy your favorite ARRL books. Also, there will be discount coupons or lobby percentage discounts available, however, more information will be coming. If there were a time you needed to stock up on your QRP manuals, antennas books, ARRL Handbook, whatever books...this is the time to do it. It doesn't get any better!
