Hi Jim,
The box came from Maplin in the UK. Its a pretty average small aluminium enclosure.
See http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=1728
I would guess they are fairly easy come by in the States as well.
It came in grey primer so I painted the bottom part of the case (includes the front and rear panels) in aerosol household appliance white, and the cover is black Hammerite brush painted. It self levels and is as tough as old boots.
The panel overlays I created using Open Office, printed them out and then laminated them. They were then superglued in place and then all the holes were drilled.
Hope this helps.

Hi Wallace!
Thanks for the information regarding the enclosure you used to enclose your NEScaf. I couldn't find a distributor in the US so I order one from the UK. I would like to duplicate the panel your created but I'm not familure with "Open Office". Is this a Microsoft program?

'lo Jim,
If you are ordering from Maplin then the box part number is their AB10.
It's 133mm x 102mm x 38mm.
Open Office is a free open source office suite which is every bit as good as, and fully compatible with MS Office, but it costs $00.
This price appeals to my basic Scottish instincts (-:
You can get it here http://www.openoffice.org/
I still have the panel templates. If you let me have your email address I will mail them to you.
Kind regards

Hi Wallace!
Thanks again. My email adress is airtrack@msn.com. I used the size of the PC board to estimate the size of your enclosure. I got 152x102x51 mm and ordered the AB13. So the height of my enclosure will be a little taller. I'm still interested in the panel templates and will appreciate receiving them via the email address above.
