New England QRP Club : The Excitement is Building....

Another wonderful Lobstercon has come and gone. It was once again a great gathering of like minded QRP enthusiasts, that incorporated camping, with their love for our niche of the hobby, low power operation and techniques.

I'd like to thank Rex Harper - W1REX (Mr. Lobstercon) for this wonderful event, and also all in the 'Lobstercon Family' of attendees. YOU are what makes this event so special.

This year we once again had perfect weather and a good showing. Many portable field-op stations were on-the-air with a variety of equipment and antennas. It was truly enjoyable to walk from campsite to campsite to see all the different stations. Of course seeing all the faces that have become 'family' was also heartwarming.

I could go on and tell the stories of all the action from Wednesday to Monday, but I will save that for an on-air QSO with YOU!

Thanks to ALL that attended and made the Lobstercon family experience another great memory.
